Live Organ Donor Hub is an app where potential live donors can sign up to be contacted by hospitals throughout the United States. It is also a place where potential donors and patients and their families can come to connect with resources such as U.S. hospitals and transplant centers, nonprofit organizations, and other patients' testimonials.

Hospital and transplant center medical professionals will be granted access to the Potential Live Donor List where they can contact those who are interested in becoming a donor.
